At Stateside Office Furniture, we provide three delivery options tailored to your product type and preferences. Whether you want a hassle-free, full-service experience or a straightforward freight drop-off, we’ve got a solution that fits your needs.
 

Standard Parcel Shipping

Stateside Office Furniture offers complimentary shipping throughout the continental US using reliable parcel carriers.
 

• Processing & Shipping: In-stock items are prepared and dispatched within 1-5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. For pre-ordered or backordered products, estimated shipping times will be shown at checkout and included in your order confirmation email.
   

Freight/LTL Delivery

For oversized items or bulk purchases, Stateside Office Furniture provides Freight Delivery at no additional cost. Your products will be carefully packed and delivered curbside by a dependable freight partner.
 

• What’s Included: Freight Delivery covers curbside drop-off only (or to a loading dock if available). Assembly and placement inside your space are not included—you’ll handle moving the items to your preferred spot.
   

• Availability: This option is offered nationwide for both residential and commercial locations. While some larger business-grade products may require our white glove delivery services, Freight Delivery is a budget-friendly choice if you have your own setup resources.
   

• Shipping Time: Freight/LTL deliveries typically arrive within 5-15 business days.
   

Freight shipments are usually palletized to minimize damage and streamline the process. Once your order reaches the local hub, you may receive a message from Stateside Office Furniture to arrange the final delivery.
 

White Glove Delivery Services

For a fully managed delivery experience, Stateside Office Furniture offers White Glove Delivery Services. This service includes assembly, placement in your chosen location, and removal of all packaging materials, leaving your furniture ready to enjoy.
 

• What’s Included: Our white glove installation partners take care of everything, and you’ll have a dedicated contact at Stateside Office Furniture to assist you throughout the process.

• Product Eligibility: Premium Delivery is required for specific business-grade items (like large conference tables and workstation systems) and is available as available add-on upon request.

• Delivery Zones: This service is offered in major metropolitan areas. Contact us at info@statesideofficefurniture.com with your zip code to verify availability in your area.

• Shipping Time: White Glove Delivery Service orders are typically completed within 10-25 business days.
   

Transit Times

Delivery estimates depend on product availability and the chosen shipping method:

• Parcel (UPS): 5-7 business days

• Freight/LTL: 10-15 business days

• Premium Delivery: 15-25 business days
   

Exceptions:

• West Coast: Add 3-5 business days

• Large Orders (>$50,000): Add at least 5 business days

Terms & Conditions

• Cancellations & Edits: For freight or Premium Delivery orders, contact Stateside Office Furniture within 24 hours of ordering to make changes or cancel - charges may apply.

• Delivery Outside of Business Hours: Extra charges may apply for deliveries before 8am or after 6pm. Contact info@statesideofficefurniture.com for specifics.

• Warranty & Returns: Visit our Warranty Page for warranty details. Shipping and setup fees are non-refundable. Returns on freight or Premium Delivery orders may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
